【How to make】
1. Divide 9 pieces of Oreo (100g) into cream (in a heat-resistant container) and cookies, crush and melt the cookies, add 25g of butter and mix well.
2. Spread oreo on 12cm cake container and cool in refrigerator
3. Put 200g of cream cheese in a cream container, heat it well for 600w for 1 minute, and mix well.
4. Put 30ml of 8g of gelatin in a heat-resistant container, heat for 600 seconds for 20 seconds in a microwave oven, and quickly mix in the cheese solution.
5. Thoroughly filter the cheese solution. Otherwise, gelatin may enter
6. Add 100g of strawberry sauce to the cheese solution, mix well, pour into a chilled cake container and cool for 3 hours to complete.

オレオ 100g

◆クリームチーズ 200g
◆生クリーム 200ml
◆ストロベリーソース 100g
◆ゼラチン 8g

【作り方】
1.オレオ9枚（100g）をクリーム（耐熱容器に）とクッキーに分け、クッキーを潰し溶かしバター25gを入れよく混ぜる
2.ケーキ容器12㎝にオレオをしっかりと敷き、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく
3.クリームの容器にクリームチーズ200gを入れ電子レンジ600w1分加熱し良く混ぜ更に生クリーム200ml入れ良く混ぜる
4.耐熱容器にゼラチン8g水30mlを入れ電子レンジ600w20秒加熱し先程のチーズ液に入れ素早く混ぜる
5.チーズ液をしっかり濾します。濾さないとゼラチンの固まりが入る可能性があります
6.チーズ液にストロベリーソース100gを入れ良く混ぜ、冷やしておいたケーキ容器に流し込み3時間冷やして完成です
